2. What data we process
We process only the data you voluntarily submit: via website forms (name, email, phone, information about your project or wedding), the chat assistant (your messages and any contacts you provide) and the audit tool (the address of the website being checked and, if you provide them, contacts). Apart from that, your browser stores the chosen language and your cookie choice (localStorage).
3. Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) stored for up to 2 years; the IP address is anonymised. Until consent is given, analytics is not loaded. You can change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
4. Chat assistant
The chat assistant runs on an AI language model (Google Gemini). Your messages are sent for processing to generate a reply; they are not used for model training. Do not enter sensitive information in the chat. If you leave contacts in the chat, they are forwarded to our email.
5. Why and on what basis
We use the data to answer your request, prepare an audit or an offer and communicate about possible cooperation. The legal basis is your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract.
6. Where data is stored
Form and chat submissions are stored in our hosting provider Cloudflare’s database (D1, EU data centres) and forwarded to our email via Resend. We keep the data no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless a contract is concluded.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete it or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@gowxs.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
